This Jamaican-style white rum is produced through a long fermentation process using molasses, wild yeasts, vinasse, and a mysterious ingredient that Benoît will never reveal, except that it is 100% local. Aged for five months in stainless steel vats, the rum is bottled at 57% alcohol; it contains no added sugar or other additives.
