Beaune Les Bressandes Blanc 2018, Frederic Cossard
The terroir of this Chardonnay in AOC Beaune is largely exposed from east to south, on clay-limestone soils. The vines have an average age of fifty years. After direct pressing, the must ferments for two weeks in the cold using indigenous yeasts. Aging is approximately one year in barrels and gravity decanting is carried out before bottling. A deep and mineral white very typical of the Côte de Beaune, to be reserved for romantic events and fine dinners.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
