The Chardonnays of this Bâtard-Montrachet grand cru grow on an exceptional terroir made up of brown limestone soils and located between 240 and 250 meters above sea level. On the Piedmont side, the soil is thicker and more clayey. This numbered cuvée is limited to 300 bottles. After direct pressing, aging is approximately one year in barrels. This wine bears the Bâtard-Montrachet signature: buttery, supple, complex, white flowers.
Natural wine with no added sulfites
