A 100% Sauvignon white sparkling wine, from vines planted in the heart of the magnificent Ardèche gorges by Gilles Azzoni, a great personality of natural wine, and in this case partly taken over by Samuel Boulay. Generous bubbles, a fruity nose with citrus notes. On the palate, the quintessence of Sauvignon, with slightly herbaceous white fruit aromas. A lively and fresh attack, a wine to open to celebrate the arrival of spring.

Natural wine with no added sulfites.
