The Jura is an essential region for anyone interested in organic, natural wines made with respect for the terroir: such is the purpose of this third volume in the "Entre les Vignes" collection, dedicated to Jura winegrowers. "What makes Jura wines so exciting?" the authors ask. What defines this little "extra something" they possess? In fourteen domains and sixteen portraits, this mook attempts to answer the question, evoking in passing winemakers we know well, such asAlice Bouvot or Renaud Bruyère and Adeline Houillon.

Speech to winegrowers
The authors give ample opportunity to each artisan of the vineyard through long interviews. The interactivity between the region's natural winegrowers is revealed by a page of "Jura constellation", a diagram of their relationships of learning and friendship. This edition, a little larger (20 than the average, required four years of research and investigation.

To showcase French winegrowers and wine regions from an organic, natural, and signature wine perspective, Reverse Editions has created a collection of mooks (mid-books mid-reviews, hybrids between the magazine and the book) detailed, packed with information and abundantly illustrated with photographs.
