Description
The most approachable and delicious cuvée from Domaine Marcel Lapierre. Made primarily from young Gamay vines, Raisins Gaulois is a crisp, juicy, and wonderfully convivial red wine, characterized by aromas of fresh cherry, raspberry, and small red berries. An immediate pleasure wine that perfectly embodies the spirit of natural Beaujolais.

Winemaking
Hand-harvested, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, semi-carbonic maceration with whole bunches, short aging in vats, unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulfur added at bottling depending on the vintage.
