Sorgasme Blanc 2016 from La Sorga. Sorgasme blanc 2016 is a 100% Colombard grown on basalt sandy soils in Adissan, in the Hérault Valley. Fier Hérétique Rosé 2016 from La Sorga. A mosaic blend: niellucciu, mourvèdre, muscat of Alexandria, muscat à petits grains, muscat of Hamburg, cardinal, chasselas, listan and sauvignon. The white grapes are left in whole bunches and soak in the juice of the direct pressing of the red grapes for thirty-five days. Es d’aqui Cinsauriel Rouge 2016, Jean-Louis Pinto This 100% Cinsault, grown on schist soils near Saint-Chinian, is obtained by fermentation with indigenous yeasts during twenty-eight days of whole-bunch maceration. Part of the wine is aged in steel vats. With a beautiful, bright ruby color, it offers a nose of pepper, rose, and strawberry, as well as notes of garrigue, candied black olive, and prune.
