Bulles Blanc is a lively and refreshing pétillant naturel, characterized by notes of fresh apple, lemon, white flowers, and a subtle brioche touch. The bubbles are delicate, the palate is crisp and thirst-quenching, with a saline finish that immediately calls for a second sip.

Winemaking

Ancestral method with natural secondary fermentation in the bottle, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and aging on lees. Unfiltered wine, without dosage, and with very few added sulfites.
