A pure Gamay that, as its name suggests, takes Beaujolais slightly out of its comfort zone by adding a few harsh nuances to its natural pleasantness. Both fruity and powerful, it is also delicious, easy-drinking, and indulgent. It offers finesse, balance, depth, and excellent drinkability. At the table, it is less paradoxical and pairs well with all kinds of food, especially red meats.
