This white is a 100% Chardonnay produced biodynamically on red marl soils (Poussot is the name of the plot). Mineral and dry yet fruity, joyful and pleasant, it offers a nose of pear and pineapple, plenty of freshness and acidity. Made for very good charcuterie: we can go as far as pata negra or Iberian chorizo. An excellent aperitif or table wine.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
