This single-vineyard cuvée comes from Chardonnay vines planted over 70 years ago on the limestone marl soils of Lachassagne. The nose reveals notes of white fruit, dried fruit, gentian, and a subtle reduction that gradually gives way to great complexity. The palate is full-bodied, textured, and deeply mineral, supported by a beautiful freshness and a long, saline finish. A superb gastronomic white wine.

Vinification

Direct pressing without settling, fermentation with indigenous yeasts in old barrels, malolactic fermentation, then aging for 24 months on lees in old oak barrels. Unfined, unfiltered wine with no added sulfites.
