Arbois Papaye Blanc, Domaine de l'Octavin
Made on the model of straw wines (note the pun), Papaye is made from a blend dominated by Chardonnay. It is an aromatic and oxidative white, sweet and candied but not without dryness, and supported by a beautiful acidity: balanced, therefore. It evokes dried apricot, candied orange peel, precious wood, coffee and chocolate on the nose. The palate confirms these sensations.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
