This AOC Beaune Chardonnay comes from the plot that gave its name to the cuvée, located between 220 and 300 meters above sea level. The terroir, facing east to south, rests on soils dominated by limestone formations at the top, marl in the center, and clay at the foot of the hill. The grapes macerate in whole bunches. Aging is approximately one year in barrels. Deep and mineral, this wine is ideal for romantic events, fish, and seafood.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
