The Bigotes white is made from a small plot of Chardonnay in the Burgundy regional appellation. It is, in a way, the white counterpart of the Bedeau red. The aromatic attack is distinctly lemony and continues with yellow fruits. On the palate, tension, fullness, indulgence, a little fat and a lot of persistence. For a generic, it soars at a good height.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
