Magnum Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Champ Canet Clos de la Garenne Blanc 2018, Frederic Cossard
This premier cru of Puligny-Montrachet comes from Chardonnays grown on the plot that gave its name to the cuvée, between 230 and 250 meters above sea level. The terroir, facing west-southeast, rests on brown marl and clay-limestone soils, sometimes directly on the limestone rock. The soil structure is fine, clay-silt. After direct pressing of the grapes, the aging is about a year in barrels. The wine is typically Puligny: buttery, mineral, complex, structured in layers.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.

Domaine de Chassorney
This Pinot Noir comes from a plot with a steep, south-southeast facing terroir located between 280 and 400 meters above sea level in the Saint-Romain appellation. The soils are mainly marl, limestone and clay. The grapes, from fifty-year-old vines, macerate in whole bunches. Aging takes place for about a year in barrels. Beautiful structure, well-rounded tannins, and lovely notes of black fruits.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
Magnum GT Garrut Ancestral Sparkling Red 2016
Partida Creus
A Catalan cousin of Mourvèdre, the Garrut grape variety forms the basis of this dazzling wine, which revisits the classic sparkling wine in a black fruit way: intense, bright, earthy, completely atypical, even a little cracked, reminiscent of the best of Lambrusco. A perfect companion for Ibérico bellota ham, fine chorizos, and all high-end cured meats, as well as pâtés, terrines, and spicy dishes... It evokes the family vine, artisanal production, and free wine.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
Magnum Danslezetoiles 2015
Es d'aqui Jean Louis Pinto
This blend of Braucol, Carignan, and Muscat grown on clay-limestone soils was vinified in amphorae. Notes of candied black fruit and leather are added to the fruity and herbaceous notes, much to the delight of natural wine lovers. Plenty of aromatic presence, character, and originality.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
Magnum Tracheo 2016
Es d'aqui Jean Louis Pinto
This pure Grenache comes from the schist soils of Faugères. It is a superb wine, refined and fresh, beautifully fruity. It has aging potential for six or seven years, but can be enjoyed now. Nose of raspberry, rose, licorice, and Languedoc garrigue. On the palate, very well-integrated tannins. Beautiful energy, sunshine, and plenty of structure.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.

Jeannette White 2015,
Damien Bureau
This sweet, oxidative Chenin comes from vines planted on schist soils. The grapes are pressed directly, and aged in oak barrels.
A natural wine with no added sulfites.
Xarab Silver White 2006
On south-facing schist hillsides at an altitude of 1,300 meters, Manuel Valenzuela has created this astonishing sweet white wine from the Xarab series, made from Pedro Ximenez and Xarel·lo grapes, raisined on the vine and harvested in December. Golden-amber in color, with a nose of candied grapes and buttery caramel, the palate is rich and taut, avoiding the pitfalls of excessive richness and syrupiness. The finish lingers on dried fruits and caramel, and the cellaring is very long.
Natural wine without added sulfites.
La vi y sone White 2012
This Viognier comes from a plot planted at an altitude of 1,300 meters on schist and clay soils. The harvest ferments in stainless steel vats and is aged in old barrels.
A natural wine with no added sulfites.
Magnum Le Rocher Red 2017
Le Rocher is made from Beaujolais Gamay grapes grown in the Combe Fleurette area, at an altitude of 550 meters and on an average 40% slope, facing south, on a plot of blue granite with very shallow soil. The 25-year-old vines rest on a rocky outcrop. The harvest is left to vat for 40 days in whole bunches with regular turning. After pressing, the young wine is aged on fine lees in Burgundy oak barrels. Bottling is done in the waning moon, without fining or filtration. This infinitely silky and delicious red, very mineral and very straight, will accompany meats in sauce, noble fish and even chocolate desserts.
Tasting temperature: between 14 and 16 °C.
Natural wine without added sulfites.
