Magnum Munjebel VA 2013
Frank Cornelissen
This pure Nerello Mascalese, produced under the IGP Terre Siciliane, comes from the basalt soils of the Cornelissen estate's three highest plots (Vigne Alte), rich in biodiversity: Tartaraci (1,000 m above sea level), Monte Dolce (870 m), and Pettinociarelle (890 m). It perfectly expresses the excellence of the old, ungrafted Nerello Mascalese vines grown on the high terraces of Etna's northern valley. It is the estate's most Burgundian vintage, with the most pronounced acidity. A balanced, structured, gourmet, and easy-to-drink cuvée, it offers plenty of crisp fruit without ever being too easy. A certain bite and freshness typical of the estate. A perfect table red, it pairs well with roasted farm-raised chicken.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
Magnum Munjebel Red 2015
This Munjebel is a bouquet of wild red fruits, pure classic Nerello Mascalese, rich and aromatic, carrying all the crunch of ripe fruit, with a Pinot Noir edge and a brilliant translucent color. It comes from several plots, including those from which the azienda's greatest vintages come (Zottorinoto, Feudo di Mezzo-Porcaria, Pontale Palino), and from vines specially dedicated to this vintage: Rampante, Piano Daini, and Crasà. Among Frank Cornelissen's vintages, it best represents the typicality of the northern valley of Etna.
Natural wine without added sulfites.

Susucaru Blanc 2024
Description

Learn more about Domaine des Grandes Serres
Domaine des Grandes Serres, created in 1977 with respect for the environment and the terroir, represents the excellence and vitality, in organic and natural mode, of the prestigious Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, where it covers 12 hectares. To make his estate and merchant wines, he harvests, buys grapes, vinifies, and ages them over a wide area, centered around Châteauneuf and the southern Côtes-du-Rhône, extending to areas such as Lirac and the Costières de Nîmes.
An organic commitment without ostentation
A large portion of the Domaine des Grandes Serres vintages are organic and without added sulfites, although the estate does not publicly boast about it. Modestly, Samuel Montgermont, the estate's general manager, explains that the geological and climatic conditions, particularly the mistral wind, promote the health of the vineyard and allow for the elimination of inputs. While the labels don't take themselves seriously, the wines are solid, fresh, and flavorful.
Morgon Côte de Py 2023
Jean Foillard is one of the great names in natural Beaujolais, established in Villié-Morgon since the 1980s. Guided by an artisanal approach, he produces lively, straightforward, and expressive wines, always true to their terroir. Each cuvée bears his signature: purity of fruit, subtle aging, and absolute respect for the soil.
Morgon Côte du Py 2023 is the estate's flagship cuvée, from the famous volcanic hillside overlooking the village. This terroir, rich in schist and manganese, produces an intense, structured, and deeply rooted wine. In 2023, the cuvée combines power, freshness, and finesse with remarkable energy.
The nose opens with aromas of ripe black fruits, licorice, and violet, with a slight smoky touch. On the palate, the wine is ample, deep, with an elegant tannic structure and a beautiful mineral length. It is a Morgon with character, built for aging, but already very appealing in its youth.
Serve this Côte du Py 2023 with roasted meat, duck breast, or a mushroom sauce dish. It will also perfectly complement more rustic cuisine such as a fine rib steak or a gratin dauphinois. A gastronomic wine, to be enjoyed at a grand table.
Vodka
Distillerie du Viaduc
With this artisanal Vodka, Distillerie du Viaduc offers us a bold and botanical reinterpretation of what appears to be the most neutral spirit. Made from carefully selected wheat alcohol, this organic vodka derives its unique character from a maceration of coriander seeds, some of which are roasted in-house to reveal a rare aromatic complexity.
Once the seeds are macerated, the whole is distilled in an artisanal still, then rested for a month for the aromas to meld and the texture to naturally soften. No additives, no sugar: the purity of the process allows full expression of the botanicals and the quality of the base alcohol.
The nose opens with a lively and tangy note of fresh coriander, then evolves towards herbaceous and light, almost zesty citrus aromas. On the palate, the attack is fluid, fresh, with a beautiful roundness, then a spicy, warm yet elegant framework settles in, reminiscent of roasted coriander. The finish is long, comforting, carried by a vegetal freshness that balances the whole.
This singular vodka can be enjoyed neat and chilled, or in cocktails. It will bring a unique complexity to a Moscow Mule, a Bloody Mary, or even an Espresso Martini, which it will subtly enhance with a peppery and vegetal touch.
A French, organic, and committed vodka that successfully combines clarity, power, and aromatic expression.
La Grande Chaude, Blanc 2023
Philippe Chatillon
With La Grande Chaude 2023, Philippe Chatillon delivers an artisanal cuvée where Chardonnay, the noble grape of the Jura, finds a chiseled and deeply mineral expression. This organically certified cuvée, classified as AOC Côtes du Jura, comes from a rare and complex terroir: red Lias marls enriched with a dolomite bank – a soft limestone rock – which structures the top of the plot. This unique composition, located in Passenans, gives the wine a natural tension and great aromatic precision.
The 60-year-old vines yield concentrated fruit, which Philippe Chatillon vinifies by direct pressing, without artifice, before two years of aging in old barrels, where the wine slowly builds itself, sheltered from new wood, in a pure logic of respect for life.
The nose opens elegantly with zesty citrus, white flowers, discreet brioche notes, all carried by a prominent chalky minerality. On the palate, the texture is straight, taut, precise, almost saline, with a length that leaves a striking sensation of purity. It is a gastronomic white wine, intense but never heavy, combining the freshness of the Jura with the depth of great Chardonnay.
At the table, La Grande Chaude will enhance grilled fish, creamy poultry, or mushroom risotto. Decant it to allow it time to breathe, serve it between 10 and 12°C, and it can evolve over 5 years.
A great terroir wine, sensitive, lively, which reveals all of Philippe Chatillon's talent in the fine and luminous interpretation of his Jura soils.
Gigondas Red 2022
Terroir, plot size and grape varieties
Nestled in the heart of the Dentelles de Montmirail, the Gigondas terroir asserts itself with its quiet strength and raw beauty. Here, in this fiery enclave of the Southern Rhône Valley, the vines find refuge on steep, stony slopes, bathed in sunshine and caressed by the mistral wind. This poor and demanding soil, a mixture of marl and limestone, gives rise to grapes of rare intensity.
In this 2022 vintage, Les Grandes Serres presents a cuvée driven by a classic and remarkably effective duo: Grenache, the sun-drenched king of the south, which dominates the blend, and Syrah, which brings tension and depth. Together, they express the wild and sensual soul of this emblematic terroir.
Cultivation methods
True to a respectful approach to living things, Les Grandes Serres crafts this Gigondas using natural winemaking methods, without artifice, allowing the grapes to express themselves freely. The vines are cultivated in harmony with natural balances, without synthetic products, with meticulous care given to each vine. The harvest is done by hand, selecting grapes at perfect ripeness, guaranteeing healthy and concentrated raw materials. In the cellar, aging is carefully controlled with restraint, without masking the wine's personality, to preserve its original freshness and lusciousness.
Tasting & pairings
The 2022 Gigondas from Grandes Serres is a true explosion of pleasure. From the first sniff, it seduces with its intense aromas of ripe red fruits, crushed strawberry, juicy cherry, which mingle with notes of wild thyme, dark chocolate and a slightly smoky, almost meaty touch.
On the palate, it's a wave of generosity: ample, velvety, but never heavy. Natural freshness balances the richness of the fruit, and the finish lingers on melted tannins, with a touch of salinity that begs for another sip. A "bombshell of deliciousness," certainly, but also a wine of character, with depth and true elegance.
Ideal for accompanying a summer barbecue with friends, a beautiful platter of artisanal charcuterie, or a grilled piece of red meat, this Gigondas is both approachable and refined. Served slightly chilled, it will also surprise with its lightness despite its 15% alcohol content, proving that power can indeed be drinkable.
A sincere, vibrant wine that warmly and generously expresses its terroir.
Les Larmes du Soleil Red 2020
Terroir, plot size and grape varieties
Born in the heart of Beaujolais, but labeled a Vin de France, "Les Larmes de Damas 2020" is a singular Pinot Noir, with understated charm and a fiercely independent character. Cultivated off the beaten path, this wine draws its finesse and structure from the vibrant soils of the Rhône Valley, where the terroir, though not defined by an appellation, speaks with genuine sincerity. Here, the soils express themselves without artifice, offering Pinot Noir a delicate canvas for expression, full of tension and subtlety.
Cultivation methods
Tribu Alonso is above all a philosophy of respect and patience. Without a label, but with a deep commitment to life, the estate cultivates its vines with artisanal care, far removed from industrial standards. The vinification of this cuvée reflects this: a "Jura-style maceration" where half juice and half stems, without the stalks, are left to infuse for three months. A gentle and slow method, like a whisper addressed to the fruit, which emerges pure, vibrant, and delicately peppery.
Tasting & pairings
In the glass, "Les Larmes de Damas" reveals itself with quiet modesty. Its pale red color hints at its delicate texture. The nose evokes faded rose, crushed morello cherry, and a subtle note of white pepper that tantalizes the senses. On the palate, the wine glides with elegance, carried by a crystalline freshness and a caressing suppleness. No pretense, just touching sincerity, a simple yet lingering emotion.
This delicate red wine calls for dishes of equal quality: light, subtle cuisine that doesn't seek to overpower. Ideal as an aperitif, with a platter of fine charcuterie, a beetroot carpaccio with herbs, or a mature soft cheese. "Les Larmes de Damas" also complements a moment of silence, a gentle conversation, or the soft light of late afternoon.
A free, meditative wine that reconciles fruit, time, and the hand of man in a discreet yet profound harmony.
Non Ouillé White 2022
Terroir, plot size and grape varieties
It is in the heart of Beaujolais that La Tribu Alonso has dared a bold departure, a joyful risk: producing an oxidative white wine, a rarity in this region more renowned for its fruity reds. For this cuvée, named Non Ouillé 2022, the Chardonnay grape lends itself gracefully to controlled oxidation, revealing an unexpected facet of its expression. Born from a terroir at the crossroads of influences, between the granite hills of Beaujolais and the more southerly breezes of the Rhône Valley, this wine embodies a true convergence of sensations. A first foray into this style for the estate—and a promising success.
Cultivation methods
The Tribu Alonso, as its name suggests, operates as a collective, with a vision of wine resolutely focused on people and the living world. Here, there are no labels, but a clear philosophy: to work as close to nature as possible, without artifice. The vines are cultivated without chemical inputs, respecting natural rhythms, and the winery becomes a place of gentle experimentation. For this cuvée, the choice not to top up the wine—that is, not to fill the barrels during aging—allows for slow oxidation, inspired by the wines of the Jura region. A way to explore new gustatory horizons, while showcasing the grape variety and the local terroir in a new light.
Tasting & pairings
From the very first whiff, Non Ouillé 2022 intrigues and seduces. One is immersed in a disconcerting yet captivating aromatic world: notes of anise, mild curry, and above all, that touch of nuttiness typical of oxidative whites, tickle the senses. On the palate, the texture is ample yet taut, with precise minerality and a beautiful freshness that perfectly balances the wine's buttery and saline character. A subtle interplay between unabashed rusticity and profound elegance.
This wine invites the unexpected at the table: perfect as an aperitif, with green olives, aged hard cheeses, or even a delicate Comté and caramelized onion tart. It also pairs beautifully with light, exotic cuisine, such as a vegetable curry or fish marinated in mild spices. This is a wine for the curious, for those who love new sensations, for those who enjoy venturing off the beaten path and discovering what Beaujolais can offer when it embraces other influences.
With Non Ouillé 2022, La Tribu Alonso has created a vintage of character, as free as it is precise, which redefines the contours of white wine in Beaujolais and invites us to broaden our perspective, glass in hand.
