A bright and authentic red, the Version Sud cuvée from Frédéric Cossard is an ode to Grenache. Grown on clay-limestone soils in the Vaucluse region and vinified in Burgundy, this natural wine reveals a brilliant ruby ​​color and a seductive nose of fresh red fruits and vegetal notes reminiscent of the Provençal garrigue. On the palate, it seduces with fruity freshness, aromas of small red fruits and an elegant vegetal touch reminiscent of the Mediterranean scrubland. Aged for 1 year in concrete eggs, this wine retains superb purity.

Ideal for convivial occasions such as an aperitif or a meal, it pairs beautifully with Mediterranean dishes, grilled vegetables or roasted meats. Served between 16 and 18°C, it does not require decanting and can be enjoyed now or aged for up to 5 years to express its potential.
