This natural sparkling wine with a slightly tiled salmon color is a 100% Bobal grape variety, fresh and tangy, perfect for aperitifs and table wines. This lovely bouquet of red fruits and citrus fruits, creamy on the palate, is in harmony with raw fish, especially blue fish: sardines, mackerel, tuna, swordfish or anchovies. Try it with mackerel sashimi or marinated sardines. These pairings are only indicative: it is perfect with many dishes.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
