A 100% Chenin white from Anjou, from a schist plot that belonged to the Hacquet siblings, in whose honor the cuvée is named. Joseph Anne Françoise has a rather expressive, almost Sauvignon-like nose; on the palate, it is very lively, with notes of ripe pear and apple on a remarkably balanced acidic structure.
