Kalk und kiesel Weiss Blanc 2017, Claus Preisinger
60% Pinot Blanc, 30% Grüner Veltliner, and 10% Chardonnay. The vines are planted on stony, chalky soils northeast of Lake Neusiedl, in the far east of Austria. The grapes are hand-harvested between September and October, then ferment for two to eight weeks depending on the grape variety. Aging is six months in oak barrels.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
