BB1 Chardonnay Savagnin Blanc 2006, Ludwig Bindernagel
A pure white from the Jura, a blend of Chardonnay and Savagnin, from vines planted on an exceptional terroir, on the border of the Lias and Triassic - two marl layers of the region. Vinified in oak barrels, this cuvée displays a deep yellow color and a very fine nose, between oxidative notes and bright white fruits. On the palate, expect an explosion of fresh nuts and a beautiful acid tension alongside a rich and creamy sensation.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
