Chatò Paquita Red 2016, Eloi Cedo Perello
This luscious red is a blend of Callet, Manto Negro, and Monastrel, all vinified separately. The Monastrel undergoes semi-carbonic maceration. The grapes are then gently blended by hand in five-hundred-liter barrels for fermentation. The wine then rests for three months in vats and six months in bottle.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
