The vines for this blend of 50% Trebbiano Toscano and 50% Malvasia del Chianti are planted on alluvial tufa, clay, sandstone, and sandy soils. The grapes macerate in concrete vats, after which they are aged for a year in acacia and oak barrels.
A natural wine with no added sulfites.
