Macerated in whole bunches then vinified in concrete vats, Les Chemins de Traverse is one of the most delicious vintages from Lilian Bauchet, a great wizard of natural wine and hybrid grape varieties. On the nose, notes of cherry and black fruits are found on the palate with a slight sparkle upon opening.
