A red Gamay from Beaujolais macerated in whole bunches then vinified in concrete vats. Dazibao is one of the most gurgling vintages from Lilian Bauchet, a great wizard of natural wine and hybrid grape varieties. On the nose, notes of red fruits and a beautiful acidity on the palate that will pair perfectly with charcuterie as fine as lace panties.
