Amoroso Blanc

Distillerie Sentema

Amoroso Blanc is an ode to freshness, finesse, and controlled indulgence. Crafted by Distillerie Sentema in the Alpes-Maritimes, this sweet white vermouth is part of an artisanal approach rooted in the Provençal terroir. It is made from Rolle (Vermentino) grown in Correns, Var, then fortified with a local wine spirit, before undergoing a two-week maceration with a complex blend of organic plants and citrus fruits.

Unlike many commercially available white vermouths, Amoroso Blanc avoids any heaviness. Its sweetness is precisely balanced, supported by delicate bitters and a great vegetal freshness. It features absinthe from Barjols, sweet mint, and verbena harvested in the south, bitter orange leaves, and precious Menton IGP lemon peels, which bring an elegant zesty note to the blend.

On the nose, the aroma is floral and citrusy, with mentholated and slightly herbaceous nuances. On the palate, the attack is smooth, sweet yet taut, very fresh. Verbena and mint offer an almost ethereal dimension, while citrus fruits structure the whole. The finish is long, vibrant, never sugary, with a beautiful floral and citrus persistence.

Perfect as an aperitif, Amoroso Blanc can be enjoyed neat, chilled, or in a cocktail. It also pairs very well with seafood dishes, a citrus salad, or white fruit-based desserts.

A luminous, elegant Provençal white vermouth that subtly enhances the herbs of the South.

Zestes d'Amour Bitter Orange Eau-de-vie,

Sentema Distillery

An explosion of citrus in an exceptional spirit

Les Zestes d’Oranges Amères, carefully distilled from organic Provence wine eau-de-vie, captures the essence of bitter oranges from Le Castellet and sweet oranges from Menton. Less sweet than a classic liqueur, this deeply aromatic spirit evokes the great classic of "triple sec", revisited here with finesse and modernity.

Delicious on its own over ice, with tonic or in cocktails, it brightens up any occasion with its freshness and complexity.

Amoroso Rouge

Distillerie Sentema

Amoroso Rouge has nothing in common with traditional, syrupy industrial vermouths. This audacious creation from Distillerie Sentema, nestled in the Alpes-Maritimes, shatters the codes of red vermouth by offering a dry, complex, and vegetal version, entirely rooted in the Provençal terroir.

The base is a succulent and juicy Syrah from Domaine de Garbelle, cultivated in the Var region. This wine is fortified with a local wine spirit, then infused for two weeks with a bouquet of wild plants from the Var garrigue: Barjols absinthe, savory, rosemary, oregano, agastache, as well as bitter orange zest harvested in the Alpes-Maritimes.

The result? A dry, taut vermouth, with no added sugar, driven by structuring bitters, an intense palate, and a savory finish that evokes green olives and sunshine. On the nose, a deep aromatic profile emerges: rosemary, dried herbs, citrus zest. On the palate, the attack is direct, with a perfect balance between the black fruit of the Syrah and the bitter touch of the botanicals. The long, fresh finish, subtly aniseed by the absinthe, evokes a sun-drenched corner of the garrigue.

Ideal as an aperitif, Amoroso Rouge can also elevate a Mediterranean Negroni or be served neat, on the rocks, with an orange twist.

A free-spirited, dry, naturally complex vermouth that embodies the spirit of the South, unadorned and without added sugar.

Vertige

Distillerie Sentema

Vertige is a remarkable creation by Distillerie Sentema, nestled in the heights of the Alpes-Maritimes, between sky, garrigue, and sea. This spirit, akin to a gin in spirit but unique in its base, is crafted from wine brandy rather than neutral alcohol, which gives it a rare aromatic depth and true personality.

Everything here is conceived in harmony with nature: certified organic, Vertige highlights carefully selected local botanicals: wild juniper berries, Menton IGP lemon peels, fragrant verbena, coriander seeds, and angelica roots. These plants are macerated for two weeks before distillation to extract essential oils without altering the balance of aromas.

The nose is astonishingly pure, blending the zesty notes of lemon, the citrusy and vegetal freshness of verbena, and the resinous signature of juniper. On the palate, the attack is silky and lively, with a soft yet precise structure, and a finish that lingers on citrus and dried herb notes, with a beautiful tension.

More than just a gin, Vertige is a refined expression of the Provençal terroir, combining floral elegance, subtle bitterness, and vegetal freshness. It can be enjoyed neat over ice, or in a high-end cocktail, where it will brilliantly replace a London Dry with a sunny and local personality.

Mutin Fortified Wine,

A fortified wine with subtle verbena aromas

The Mutin from the Sentema Distillery is an ode to the French tradition of fortified wines, creatively revisited in Provence. Made from the fortification of fermenting organic Rolle must, enhanced with a brief but delicate infusion of organic verbena, this fortified wine stands out for its perfect balance between freshness, power, and natural sweetness.

On the nose, it reveals superb aromas of white fruits and verbena, evoking an immediate freshness. On the palate, the controlled sweetness and liveliness of the grape juice are enhanced by the intensity of the organic Provençal wine brandy. This fortified wine is an ideal companion for all occasions: aperitifs, desserts, cheeses, or even foie gras. It can also be enjoyed in creative cocktails, thanks to its versatility and elegance.
