80% Syrah, 20% Côt (otherwise known as Malbec). A juice with a very dense color, vinified naturally after destemming in concrete vats. Aged for six months in barrels. On the palate, it is fresh, supported by good acidity. We perceive spices (pepper), melted tannins, and fruit: raspberry, blackcurrant. An all-terrain wine to savor with grilled sausages, a roast leg of lamb...
