Combe du Temps Blanc 2018, Les Vignes du Domaine du Temps
A blend that unites the North, West and South: Chenin (60%), Sémillon (20%) and Roussanne (20%). Everything ferments naturally and the wine is aged for nine months in barrels. No sulfites are added. It is a lively white, with a lovely melted wood. Delicious, expressive, to be served on all occasions and on all tables.
