Among the Vines with the Natural Winegrowers of Auvergne

After a first edition devoted to Burgundy, the mook on organic wine and the terroirs of France focuses on Auvergne. Twelve winegrowers from the Massif Central, working without additives in the vineyard and cellar, are described in detail about their terroirs, their grape varieties, their vintages, and their commitment to natural wine. You will therefore find in these pages, among others, Patrick Bouju, Aurélien Lefort and Frédéric Gounan. These names are familiar to you since they appear in our Culinaries cellar repertoire.

Domaine La Bohème to Mito Inoue via the Vignoble de l’Arbre Blanc, it is the whole new viticulture of Auvergne, between Puys and Limagnes, which is told to us. Portraits of winegrowers alternate with those of wine merchants or nature sommeliers. A map and a glossary complete the collection.

The collection "Between the vines"
In order to showcase French winegrowers and wine regions from an organic, natural, and signature wine perspective, Reverse Editions has created a collection of mooks (half-bookshalf-magazines) detailed, packed with information and abundantly illustrated with photographs. The collection is currently in its third volume, and we eagerly await the next volume.
