A delicately sparkling Chenin Blanc produced on the slopes of the Loir. A lively attack, fine bubbles that allow notes of sourdough, butter, brioche, walnuts, and marzipan to melt in the mouth, flirting nicely with a flinty minerality and some citrus notes.
