2023

Made from 100% Viognier, this wine comes from vines over 25 years old located in Riyaq, at an altitude of 900 meters, on deep red clay soils with an eastern exposure. Organically farmed, it is mostly vinified in stainless steel tanks, with 25% of the fermentation in 400 L French oak barrels, then aged for 6 months on lees. The combination yields an expressive and elegant wine, blending freshness, a silky texture, and subtle oak notes. A limited production of 3,000 bottles.

Seven Winery

A pioneer of biodynamic wine in Lebanon, Maher Harb founded Sept Winery in the mountains of Nehla, overlooking the Mediterranean. There, he organically cultivates indigenous grape varieties such as Merweh, Obeideh, and Zitani, alongside international varieties, without any additives. In the cellar, his natural winemaking techniques result in wines of great purity, precision, vibrancy, and a deep connection to their terroir.
