The Carignan cultivated by Rémi Poujol and vinified by Alice Bouvot explodes in the mouth and this obviously gives Cariboum! But Carignan represents 88% of the blend: the rest, in small proportions, consists of Muscat, Viognier and Molette. Obtained by semicarbonic maceration of whole bunches, it presents an undeniable freshness. Pretty purplish ruby ​​color and tangy notes of blueberry, cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant and cranberry. Fruity, juicy. The white grape varieties contribute to the airy lightness of this wine and its atypical fruitiness. On the finish, licorice and bay leaf rub shoulders with cinnamon: Cariboum is ultimately very complex despite its great drinkability.
