This single-variety Grechetto comes from vines planted at an altitude of 450 meters on a west-facing plot of volcanic soil. The harvest is destemmed and macerated for approximately three weeks, with daily pumping over or punching down as needed. Aging is six months in chestnut barrels. The wine is kept in bottles for six months before being marketed.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
