In the heart of Languedoc, Domaine Fond Cyprès, led by Laetitia and Rodolphe Gianesini, is committed to a demanding natural approach. The vines are cultivated without synthetic products and winemaking is done with minimal intervention, allowing the grapes to express themselves fully.
Made from old Carignan vines, Le Carignan de la Source 2023 reveals all the richness of this grape variety. The color is dark, deep. The nose opens with notes of blackberry, black cherry and spices, with a slightly wild touch.
On the palate, the wine is structured but balanced by a beautiful freshness. The tannins are present but supple, and the finish is long, marked by a beautiful aromatic intensity.
A red with character, ideal with Mediterranean dishes, grilled or stewed meats.
