Émilie for… Émilie (Mutombo), Tom for Tom Colman of the Jauma Winery in Australia, who helped the winemaker create this limited edition cuvée on the lands of Partida Creus: a beautiful, clear, vermillion red, a blend of Cartoixa Vermell and Garrut. The Cartoixa is directly pressed before being blended with Garrut, vinified using carbonic maceration. The result is bursting with fruit and freshness. A fresh, light wine, ideal for an aperitif. Since the 2017 vintage, Émilie has been releasing her cuvées under her own name: we recommend you discover this passionate winemaker.
