Brutal is a concept inspired by the Bar Brutal in Barcelona: any natural winemaker can make a cuvée, part of which is intended for the bar. The principle is to obtain a fruity and easily drinkable wine. While this 100% Chenin is no exception, that doesn't stop it from being exceptional. A golden color, generous bubbles, and a slightly oxidative nose. On the palate, notes of nuts and a very nice length.
Natural wine without added sulfites.
