Beaujolais Lancié Red 2018,
Domaine Bélicard
Within the Beaujolais Villages AOP appellation, Domaine Bélicard produces an authentic and generous wine, reflecting the region's granite terroir. Made from the Gamay Noir grape variety, this wine combines deliciousness and complexity with excellent aging potential.
A Beaujolais Villages that is both rounded and spicy
Vinified using carbonic maceration, an emblematic Beaujolais technique, it reveals superb aromatic intensity. Its 9-month aging in concrete vats gives it a silky texture and a beautiful expression of fruit.
A complex bouquet and a balanced palate
This organic Beaujolais seduces with its aromas of candied red and black fruits, accompanied by spicy and undergrowth notes. The palate is round and ample, with a beautiful structure and a persistent finish.
What to enjoy this wine with?
Served at 14-16°C, it can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with shellfish, creamy cheeses or cooked fish.
Je t'aime moi non plus Sparkling Rosé 2024,
A natural sparkling wine that plays with emotions, "Je t'aime moi non plus" is a sparkling rosé by La Tribu Alonso, designed as a tribute to the sensuality and spontaneity of Gamay. Coming from a sunny granite terroir in Beaujolais, this festive and delicately fruity wine is produced using the ancestral method, offering a fine and delicious bubble, both fresh and velvety.
A seductive and airy Pet' Nat’
Made from three Gamay varieties (Vialla, Troye and Gascon), this wine seduces with its finesse and low alcohol content (8.5%), making it a perfect ally for moments of sharing without heaviness. The ancestral method, which consists of bottling the juice during fermentation, gives it a natural effervescence and a beautiful liveliness on the palate.
A delicate and captivating bouquet
Upon opening, the nose reveals a delicious blend of fresh raspberry, bright citrus fruits and juicy pear, with a slightly floral touch. On the palate, the velvety texture envelops the palate while retaining a refreshing acidity that perfectly balances its fruity generosity.
An ideal companion for an aperitif
With its fine bubbles and vibrant freshness, "Je t’aime moi non plus" is the perfect companion for convivial moments. Served between 10 and 12°C, it can be enjoyed as an aperitif, but also pairs wonderfully with light dishes such as tapas, seafood, or a strawberry and basil salad. Enjoy now or keep for up to 5 years to explore its evolution.
Lulu Red 2022 Magnum
Lulu, here in magnum format, is a highly sought-after cuvée from Patrick Bouju, an Auvergne winemaker deeply attached to his terroir and his old Gamay d'Auvergne vines. An organic, natural red wine with no added sulfites, it is one of its creator's most iconic and sought-after vintages. Classified as a Vin de France. The magnum amplifies and deepens its character.
Vinification
Lulu comes from a basalt plot in Corent, planted with very old Gamay d'Auvergne vines over seventy years old. The soil is worked biodynamically and with animal traction on a basalt terroir. The destemmed harvest macerates for five months in whole bunches. It is aged for one year in sandstone amphorae.
Tasting
Lulu is at once distinguished, complex, charming and easy to drink. The fruit, round, opulent and slightly candied (blackberry, morello cherry), gives way on the palate to a lively, slightly saline minerality, with just the right touch of astringency and spice. It is a delicious and velvety cuvée, with animal and spicy notes, where the red fruits are generously expressed. Decanting recommended. Pairing: anything good goes with a good wine. Grilled meats, pounti, Auvergne cuisine, Red meats, charcuterie…
Learn more about Patrick Bouju and the La Bohème estate
Near Billom, the Tuscany of Auvergne, once covered in vines, is the privileged domain of Gamay d'Auvergne, an ancient strain of the grape variety. It is here, on these volcanic soils, that Patrick Bouju works, mainly with old vines.
Viticulture and trade
Patrick breathes new life into the often abandoned terroirs of Puy-de-Dôme and its indigenous grape varieties. Under the La Bohème estate, he operates as a wine merchant using purchased organic grapes. His exclusive Culinaries partnerships are famous: with Action Bronson for the series A la Natural, with Jason Ligas in Greece for Sous le Végétal…
A winemaker who lends a helping hand
The current renaissance of the Auvergne vineyard (which was once the third largest in France) owes a lot to Patrick. The fact that he likes to lend a hand to his winemaker friends in France and elsewhere only confirms his image as a role model, a leader. Its noble, chiseled, distinguished, never trivial wines are immediately recognizable in the glass.
Jour de Fête Sparkling Rosé 2019
Marie and Vincent Tricot
You pour it, pour it, pour it again, and you're amazed to have emptied the bottle. This organic, natural sparkling rosé wine doesn't bear this name for nothing. Made using the ancestral method (bottling during fermentation, which completes in the container), Jour de Fête is a seductive natural sparkling wine made from Gamay d'Auvergne that doesn't lend itself to melancholy. It displays a deep, slightly cloudy strawberry-raspberry color that already invites indulgence. On the nose, cherry, raspberry, and the promise of a vinous and concentrated sparkling wine, not just a gurgling experience. It can be described as both gurgling and complex.
The cherry, raspberry, redcurrant and strawberry are confirmed on the palate with a great deal of sweetness and indulgence, a little sugar reminiscent of the raspberry fruit paste from Auvergne, and the slight bitterness of the volcanic soil Gamay in the background. The effervescence is moderate, we also perceive citrus notes (orange, mandarin) and the floral notes are then revealed with a touch of violet. The roundness is pleasant, the freshness is exceptional. Made from Gamays grown on hillsides on volcanic and clay-limestone soils, Jour de fête is truly exceptional and as joyful and festive as its label promises.
To find out more
Among the generation of Auvergne winemakers who, at the dawn of the 21st century, are reviving the vineyards of this beautiful volcanic province of the Massif Central from the ashes using organic and natural methods, Marie and Vincent Tricot are pioneers, and their name is well known to those who have long loved natural wine. After a colorful winemaking journey that took them from Beaujolais to Chile and from Chile to Costières-de-Nîmes, they landed in Auvergne, at the foot of the Puy de Dôme, in the commune of Orcet where they took over Claude Prugnard's vineyard, a land that has not seen the slightest chemical input for thirty years. The estate is located on a hillside on the left bank of the Allier River, in a volcanic clay-limestone area near the vineyards of Châteaugay, Chanturgue, and Corent. They acquired it in 2003 and have since been making wines from Auvergne Gamay, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir, with a little Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat. These rare and sought-after wines are mainly sold directly. They have a straightforward, flamboyant profile and express themselves with as much character as simplicity.
Promess Red 2017
Made from ninety-year-old Gamay vines planted on clay-limestone soils, this fresh, deep, and smooth wine is aged in barrels. It has excellent aging potential.
Natural wine with no added sulfites. 1200
Le Rocher red 2017
Le Rocher is made from Beaujolais Gamay grapes grown in the Combe Fleurette area, at an altitude of 550 meters and on an average 40% slope, facing south, on a plot of blue granite with very shallow soil. The 25-year-old vines rest on a rocky outcrop. The harvest is left to vat for 40 days in whole bunches with regular turning. After pressing, the young wine is aged on fine lees in Burgundy oak barrels. Bottling is done in the waning moon, without fining or filtration. This infinitely silky and delicious red, very mineral and very straight, will accompany meats in sauce, noble fish and even chocolate desserts.
Tasting temperature: between 14 and 16 °C.
Natural wine without added sulfites.
Cuvée Expériment Rosé 2020,
Belly Wine Experiment
A rosé with a lot to tell, somehow bridging the gap between Catalonia and Auvergne. Fruit, freshness, liveliness, vivacity, and a beautiful light ruby color. Officially classified as a red wine because it contains white wine, this rosé Experiment cuvée is made from equal parts Gamay from Auvergne and Xarello from Catalonia. The Gamay undergoes semicarbonic maceration in whole bunches for fifteen days, then it is blended with crushed Xarello, along with its stems, and macerated for five days. Classified as Vin de France and with an alcohol content of 12.7%, the wine is produced without any chemical additives, either in the vineyard or in the cellar. It is aged in fiberglass vats.

Founded and run by Claire Sage and Aimé Duveau, located in Chanteuges (Haute-Loire), Belly Wine Experiment is as much an experiment as it is a winemaking business. The creative duo has a lot to offer: Claire is the sister of Adrien Sage, a fan of underwater wine aging but above all an importer of Catalan wines. Hence the presence of Catalan grape varieties in Belly Wine Experiment's blends, alongside Burgundy, Auvergne, and Jura grape varieties, often found in the same bottle. Aimé is the son of Manu Duveau, a poet-winemaker from Auvergne, a former stonemason, and a great winemaker of local Gamays at his Domaine de l'Égrappille. The unique feature of Belly Wine Experiment is the exoticism (in the literal sense) of the blends, with Xarel lo from Catalonia, for example, blending naturally with Gamay from Puy-de-Dôme. The wines are made using semi-carbonic maceration, without the addition of chemical additives or excessive manipulation in the cellar. The winery is also known for its high-quality, vinous perries.
Mensonge à Papa Red 2021
Fresh, supple, fruity, light, and easy-drinking, Mensonge à Papa is a delicious wine for aperitifs, sharing, thirst quenching, meals, and good company. It proudly carries the banner of Gamay from two regions: Auvergne (from Châteaugay, near Riom, on calcareous-volcanic soils) and Beaujolais (from Rivolet, on blue granite). It is the result of a blend of equal parts of these two origins of the same grape variety, with a shared family resemblance, but also a marked difference: the Gamay from Auvergne has more acidity. Lie to Dad is therefore, in a way, an ode to Gamay. The grapes are first slowly pressed, then their must is added to whole bunches (of Gamay, surprise!) for a fifteen-day carbonic maceration. The aging takes place for a year in fiberglass vats. No chemical inputs are added during the cultivation and vinification, and in particular no sulfites. Classified as a Vin de France and with an alcohol content of 13.5%, it will be wonderful as an aperitif or with food, or just to have a good time.

Unit price perYARD x Bois Moisset Cuvée (exclusive cuvée) Red 2024
Terroir, plot size and grape varieties
Born in the vibrant Gaillac region, the YARD x Bois Moisset Rouge 2024 is an ode to the diversity of the ancestral grape varieties of Southwest France. In this free-spirited cuvée, classified as a Vin de France, Domaine Bois Moisset skillfully blends three emblematic varieties: Braucol, with its rustic and wild character; Duras, vibrant and spicy; and a touch of Gamay, which rounds out the whole with its fruity freshness. This bold combination, conceived as a nod to local roots as much as to contemporary tastes, expresses a sun-drenched clay-limestone terroir, which gives the wine its power and purity.
Cultivation methods
At Domaine Bois Moisset, the vine is first and foremost a living ally, respected in its rhythm and needs. Certified organic, the vineyard management excludes all artifice: here, the soils breathe, nourished by natural compost, carefully worked, and the vines are observed, listened to, and supported rather than constrained. The harvest is done by hand, guaranteeing meticulous sorting and intact bunches. In the cellar, the winemaking follows the same philosophy: minimal intervention, indigenous yeasts, gentle extraction to preserve the fruit and reveal the texture, without masking the soul of the grape. The result is a sincere, deeply rooted wine that speaks of humanity as much as of nature.
Tasting & pairings
The YARD x Bois Moisset Rouge Cuvée reveals itself in an intense, luminous, and deep ruby robe. The nose opens with a frank and charming bouquet of ripe red fruits—cherry, strawberry, redcurrant—enhanced by peppery notes and a slightly smoky touch, a signature of the Duras and Braucol grape varieties. On the palate, the attack is lively and juicy, then the structure takes hold: present but integrated tannins give the wine its character and poise. The long finish leaves a spicy and luscious impression, full of vitality.
It's the perfect companion for convivial moments: a barbecue with friends, grilled lamb chops, a ribeye steak cooked over a wood fire, or even oriental-inspired cuisine with mild spices. Structured and generous, this vintage invites sharing and warmth, while allowing the fruit and terroir to fully express themselves.
The YARD Rouge 2024 Cuvée by Bois Moisset is not just a wine: it is an outstretched hand, an invitation to rediscover Gaillac in a free and vibrant light.

Produced from 38-year-old vines rooted in granite soils, this 2021 vintage stands out for its freshness and tangy character.

Upon opening, this organic Fleurie reveals a fresh and delicious nose, marked by tangy notes of crisp red fruits, evoking raspberry and redcurrant. On the palate, the attack is lively and silky, offering a beautiful mineral tension and an elegant and persistent finish.

Magnum Régnié La Haute Ronze Red 2017
La Haute Ronze is one of two plots cultivated by Nicolas in the Régnié appellation; it is considered of very high quality, with deep clay soils that produce full-bodied wines. This 100% Gamay is obtained through semi-carbonic maceration and aged for approximately twenty months. It offers notes of leather, earth, and Mediterranean herbs (oregano, rosemary), through its red fruits.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
Chateau Roulant Red 20/21
Benoit Camus
Château Roulant is a Beaujolais red wine, organic and natural (Ecocert certified), made from Gamay. Classified as a Vin de France, it is produced by Benoît Camus at his Pierre Dorées estate, in the south of the appellation. Its name evokes the itinerant life once led by the winemaker, a former seasonal agricultural worker.
Vinification
The Gamay vines of Beaujolais grow on clay-limestone soils. The very steep plots prohibit any mechanized work. The harvest, carried out by hand, undergoes a three-week semi-carbonic maceration. The wine is aged in concrete vats for fifteen months.
Tasting
The Beaujolais wines from Pierre Dorées are structured, long-lasting, and beautifully fruity. Here, after admiring a bright garnet color, we find strawberry, raspberry, red cherry, and cranberry, with a beautiful acidity in the mid-palate giving way to a rich and voluptuous finish. Freshness and acidity, leather, earth, and some animal notes. Wonderful richness in the mouth that we will enjoy accompanying with cold meats and cured meats, poultry such as pigeon or duck. Or even Red Meats .
Learn more about Benoît Camus
You might think he's itinerant, with his vintages called "Château roulant" or "Vagabond", but for Benoît Camus, it's a memory of his previous life, when he was a seasonal farmer in the Rhône Valley and as far as Roussillon. Since 2003, he has settled in Southern Beaujolais, in the Pierres Dorées terroir, to make organic (Ecocert) and natural wines.
Nature before, nature always
Before purchasing his seven-hectare estate from an old winemaker, the vines had not yet seen pesticides or chemical additives. Many in Beaujolais worked this way. He made his first vintage in 2006, "natural without knowing it," he says. A brief attempt at chemical spraying to treat grape worm definitively dissuaded him from adding anything to the vineyard or the cellar. He acquired Ecocert organic certification and continues to make natural wines.
The Pierre Dorées terroir
The southern Beaujolais, with its clay-limestone soils, produces wines that are more structured and powerful than those from the granite soils of the North. This is the profile presented by the reds of Benoît Camus, natural wines that are straight, dense and long-aging, with good acidity and well-integrated tannins, not forgetting abundant, rich and seductive fruit.
Fleurie Rouge 2023
