Les Orgues is a pure Auvergne Pinot Noir obtained biodynamically on clay-limestone soils rich in granite and basalt. The harvest is crushed and vinified in whole bunches. Aging in barrels is thirty months. The volcanic and mineral expression of Pinot Noir, unique to Auvergne, is incomparable: fruit, minerality, straightforwardness.
