A rich and complex macerated white wine, made from Muscat of Alexandria, Riesling, Grenache Gris and Auxerrois. In fact, it is also a great leap: Grenache and Muscat from Roussillon, Riesling and Auxerrois from Alsace… A maceration in whole bunches and above all an aging in terracotta amphorae for one part, in vats for the rest, achieve the harmony of the whole. A beautiful balance between opulence, perfume, vivacity and acidity results, as well as an ability to face all situations with grace.
