Description
The classic of the estate. From the historic terroirs of Morgon, this Gamay expresses the full depth of the cru with notes of black cherry, blackberry, violet, and sweet spices. The palate combines fruit, freshness, and structure with remarkable aging potential, while retaining the finesse that has made the Lapierre family famous.

Winemaking
Manual harvest, whole bunches, fermentation with native yeasts, traditional Beaujolais semi-carbonic maceration, aging in old foudres and Burgundian barrels for several months, without fining or filtration.
