With Appel de Phare 2025, Danis dans la vigne delivers a fresh white wine en primeur, crafted from Colombard. Sourced from the clay-limestone soils of Cahors, the wine is made using direct pressing, in a deliberately simple, lively, and immediate style.

The profile is highly aromatic, featuring notes of citrus, white flowers, and peach, with a light, fresh palate carried by its 11.5% alcohol. It is an honest, thirst-quenching white, intended to be enjoyed young, as an aperitif or with simple, convivial cuisine.

Serve at around 10 to 12°C, without decanting. It will pair particularly well with a charcuterie board, white meats, or simply a few plates to share.
