The estate's flagship cuvée, the Marsannay Rouge 2023 blends several terroirs of the appellation, notably vines aged 30 to 50 years planted on limestone scree, gravel, and red clays. This 100% Pinot Noir offers a particularly elegant interpretation of Marsannay: ripe strawberry, cherry, violet, licorice, pepper, and sweet spices make up a generous and complex nose. The palate is silky and juicy, with fine tannins and lovely freshness.

After vinification, the wine is aged for 12 months in old barrels (3 to 10 years old) then 6 months in vats, in order to preserve the expression of the fruit without marking the wine with wood. A complete Marsannay, delicious in its youth but capable of gaining complexity with a few years in the cellar. Pair with roast duck, veal with mushrooms, braised lamb, or grilled beef.
