Magnum Xarelina Blanc 2019, Emilie Mutombo
Full of elegance and finesse, Xarelina is a 100% xarel·lo white, grown on clay-limestone soils by Émilie Mutombo, a winemaker who learned her trade in Catalonia with Partida Creus. The harvest is carried out in two stages: part of the grapes is crushed and macerated for ten days and the rest goes through direct pressing. After blending, aging is approximately six months in stainless steel vats. This vintage is fresh and has a beautiful acidity.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.

Formée notamment chez Partida Creus, elle travaille des cépages locaux comme le Xarel·lo, le Cartoixà Vermell, le Garrut ou le Sumoll, avec des vinifications sans intrants et une vraie recherche de fraîcheur, de légèreté et d’énergie.
