Arbois Pupillin - Ploussard Rouge 2016, Renaud Bruyere and Adeline Houillon
Made from the Jura grape variety called Poulsard in Arbois and Ploussard in Pupillin, this wine is therefore a Ploussard, produced under the Arbois Appellation Contrôlée. The vines are cultivated biodynamically on Triassic clay soils. The grapes undergo semi-carbonic maceration, after which the wine is aged for twenty months. It will go with all cheeses and fine poultry. Aging potential: ten to twenty years.

"Biodynamics is a unique science, specific to the person who practices it. Everything is based on the intuition of the moment. It is a part of infinity that reveals itself to the attentive winemaker."
