Made from the Jura grape variety called Poulsard in Arbois and Ploussard in Pupillin, this wine is therefore a Ploussard, produced under the Arbois Appellation Contrôlée. The vines are cultivated biodynamically on Triassic clay soils. The grapes undergo semi-carbonic maceration, after which the wine is aged for twenty months. It will go with all cheeses and fine poultry. Aging potential: ten to twenty years.
