🔎 ZOOM IN ON A WINE-GROWING REGION 🍇 Jurançon: the nectar of the gods (well, almost)

Fancy a taste journey with a view of the Pyrenees? Fasten your seatbelts, we're taking off for Jurançon, the land of white wine that will make you forget all your worries (or at least, for a sip). Just imagine: vines clinging to verdant hillsides, facing majestic mountains nestled in the background, caressed by the ocean breeze... This is where these divine nectars are born, between Pau and the Pyrenees.

Jurançon is a bit like the rebel of the Southwest. It dares everything: from dry, very lively, to captivating sweet wines, including sweet wines that will take you soaring at an altitude of 3,000 meters ⛰️

The secret? A fantastic terroir and local grape varieties!

The region's stars are Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng, two brothers
who are complete opposites.

🍊 The Petit Manseng is the king of acidity, with its small, concentrated berries giving the wines aromas of citrus, roasted pineapple, and honey.

🍑 The Gros Manseng, more robust, adds body and imparts notes of quince and
apricot

And be careful, the two brothers don't always play it alone! They like to mingle
with other native grape varieties such as Courbu, Camaralet, and Lauzet. A
real band with plenty of surprises in store for you!

Jurançon, 3 terroirs, 3 styles: it's up to you to choose your side!

- Chapelle de la Rousse: lively and tangy wines, perfect for awakening your taste buds.
- Monein: fuller-bodied wines with body and texture.
- Lasseube: fruity and indulgent wines, for immediate pleasure.

So, are you ready to be enchanted by the charm of Jurançon?
