A classy organic estate for classy wines, but not only that... Les Grandes Serres also produces juicy wines like the exceptional new vintages created in partnership with us: "The Wine Witch" and "The White Widow," available now.

So before these few lines, we'll send out the invitations for the launch of these new gems: at YARD Mont-Louis on March 5, starting at 7 p.m. and in the presence of the winemakers and an exhibition by artist Ben Sanair and Emergency Toys figurines. Then, on to Lyon on March 28 to the grocery store and YARD Lyon. Fasten your seatbelts, it's going to be a wild ride!

Grandes Serres: Pioneers, Popes, and Little Green Men

Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a bit like the Hollywood of wine: stars, incredible stories, and a mayor who banned UFOs from landing in 1954. (Yes, you read that right.) Just imagine the scene: popes making wine, winemakers bottling the wine before anyone else, and Martians getting blown away... The Grandes Serres estate has chosen to make organic wine and to develop some natural wines, notably those for Culinaries, because it's good and better for the planet. And they even make wines inspired by science fiction! So, ready for takeoff?

Organic vines on pebbles and gravel

The Domaine des Grandes Serres boasts 12 hectares of vines, rolled pebbles bigger than pétanque balls, and grape varieties with names straight from space, like Terret and Counoise. And, in addition to their wines, they source grapes from their winegrowing friends, because unity is strength (and good wine).

At the estate, we grow organically because we love ladybugs and earthworms, and we grow naturally because we love the taste of unadulterated grapes. And of course, we make "Comics" and "Psychovisuelle" vintages because we like to have a good laugh!

Grandes Serres X Culinaries, organic and natural wines

As you know, with our distribution to both professionals and individuals, we have the opportunity to interact with customers, and therefore to identify needs and gaps filled by the collaborations we offer our winemakers, a win-win that has been working for several years! At the beginning of March, we are taking the opportunity to present to you the two new collaborations we have created with Les
Grandes Serres. Two whites, two cannons from elsewhere, 200% pleasure to share. Wine Witch, our IGP Vaucluse white vinified in vats with 24 hours of maceration, enough to immerse you in the tropics with its exotic notes! And White Widow, a Côtes-du-Rhône AOP gastro white more suited to meals, with its more pronounced aging where the lees are often re-suspended in the wine. By the way, two whites that give pride of place to Clairette, an ancient Rhône grape variety!
