With this Cuvée n°5, Fond Cyprès highlights the full finesse of Cinsault. Grown with respect for living organisms, it is naturally vinified to preserve its aromatic brilliance.
The color is clear, light ruby. The nose reveals notes of fresh red fruits, raspberry and redcurrant, accompanied by a floral touch.
On the palate, the wine is supple, fluid, with very fine tannins. Freshness dominates, offering great lightness and a gourmet finish.
