This rarity is a still dry white wine made from cartoixà vermell (another identity of xarel·lo rosado, a traditional rosé grape variety) that explodes with freshness and extremely rich aromatic notes: white peach, rhubarb, strawberry and even papaya. A slight appetizing bitterness for this absolutely delicious wine that will perform equally well on its own and at the table. It pairs well with grilled sausages, the finest dry-cured hams, white meats and raw fish.
