Brutal Blanc 2017, Partida Creus
This white wine is made from several Catalan grape varieties: Vinyater, Subirat Parent, Xarel-lo, Cartoixa Vermell, and Blanc de Sumoll. The harvest macerates in separate grape varieties, then the wine is aged for seven months in stainless steel vats. No additives or sulfites are added. The result is beautifully crisp and complex, aromatic and fragrant, best served chilled. Pairs well with soft cheeses, seafood paellas and risottos, and Normandy-style scallops.
Natural wine with no added sulfites.
